This desk has been completely resurrected from a pile of rubble into the beauty that she is today. It literally fell to pieces as I was unloading it from my car. After putting all the pieces back into place, I knew this was going to be one of my projects for the product launch of the new decoupage papers from Undead Furniture and Hardware. For this piece I selected “Victorian Wallpaper,” which is applied to the drawer fronts. It pairs so perfectly with the paint color Dark Forest from the One Hour Enamel line from Wise Owl Paints. The top drawers screamed for some gold stripes. I applied wood molds to the sides painted in gold and brushed in green. The original hardware was updated in gold as well.
